Terms of the app
Fourtile Debt Payoff, the app for iPhone. Last updated: October 4, 2026
About these terms
These terms apply when you use Fourtile Debt Payoff, the app for iPhone, run by Diyar Saadullah, Rue de Montchoisy 46, 1207 Genève, Switzerland. Contact: hello@fourtilehq.com.
Who can use it
Fourtile is made for adults. If you are under 18, use it with a parent, and ask a parent before you buy Plus.
What the app does
It estimates a debt-free date and a payment plan from the numbers you enter. It does not connect to your bank. It gives calculations, not financial, legal or tax advice.
Your data
Your data lives only on your phone. Deleting the app or losing your phone deletes it, and we cannot get it back. Save a backup file from Settings from time to time.
Fourtile Plus
Plus is a one-time purchase in the App Store (Apple), at the price shown there before you buy. There is no subscription. The 30-day free trial ends by itself: nothing is charged and nothing renews. After it, Check-in, the Wall, reminders, “What you really saved” and the one-page plan are locked until you buy Plus; your numbers stay. Restore purchase brings Plus back on a new phone with the same Apple account.
Apple
Apple’s standard license agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and does not support it: we do.
Fair use
Use the app for your own needs. Do not try to break it or copy it as a whole.
No guarantee
We check our calculations carefully and fix any mistake as soon as we know about it. The app is provided as it is: we cannot promise that it is always free of errors, or right for your situation. If you find a mistake, please tell us at hello@fourtilehq.com.
Liability
Use the answers as a guide, not as a promise: you stay responsible for your money decisions. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make, or losses you have, based on them. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it, for example for intent or gross negligence.
Name and content
The Fourtile name, logo, texts and design belong to Diyar Saadullah, who runs Fourtile.
Law
Swiss law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live. Please write to us first: most things are solved quickly by email.
Changes
If these terms change, this date changes with them. No silent edits. Last updated: October 4, 2026.
Refunds
If something does not work, we fix it first. Write to hello@fourtilehq.com and tell us what is wrong. We fix it quickly and for free.
Asking for a refund. Plus is sold by Apple, under Apple’s refund rules. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com: Apple decides.
Your legal rights come first. Nothing here limits the rights you have by law where you live.
Calculations, not advice
What Fourtile does. Fourtile does math, not advice. It turns the numbers you enter into an estimated plan and debt-free date, assuming your rates and payments stay as you entered them.
Why real life can differ. Rates move, fees apply, and lenders count interest in their own ways, so your real results may differ a little. The Month by month table in Answer shows every step, so you can check it.
How the interest is counted. Each month, the interest is the balance times the yearly rate, divided by 12, as on most card statements. Then every minimum is paid, and your extra goes to the first debt in your order; when a debt is paid off, its minimum joins your extra. Some lenders count interest day by day, so small differences are normal.
Compared with what?. Your plan is compared with paying only the minimums, each debt on its own. “Each debt on its own” means: each debt gets its minimum until it is paid off, and nothing moves on to the next one.
Before a big decision. We are not financial, legal or tax advisers, and nothing in the app tells you to borrow, pay or invest. Check important figures with your lender or a qualified adviser.
