The short version

This site has no accounts. The free calculators run entirely in your browser: nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored by us. We count visits anonymously, and we keep your email address only if you sign up for our emails.

Who we are

Modulis is a small, independent studio selling spreadsheet templates. This site, modulishq.com, presents the templates and offers free calculators. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].

What this site collects

• Nothing you type in the calculators. They do their math in your browser and keep nothing. Close the page and it is gone.
• Your email address, only if you give it. If you sign up for new files and updates, your address is kept by MailerLite, the service that sends our emails. See "Emails from us" below.
• Anonymous visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free tool that tells us how many people visited a page. It does not identify you, does not follow you across sites, and builds no profile.
• Your dark mode choice. If you switch the site to dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

What we never do

• No advertising and no ad trackers.
• No selling or sharing of your data.
• No emails you did not ask for: we only write to you if you signed up or wrote to us first.

Emails from us

If you leave your address in the signup form, you get one email when a new file is out or a file improves. Nothing else. You confirm your address with one click first, and every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. Your address is stored by MailerLite, which sends the emails for us under its own privacy policy. We never sell it or share it with anyone else. To have it deleted, unsubscribe or write to us.

Purchases

Templates are sold on Etsy and Gumroad. Payment, delivery and invoicing happen entirely on their platforms, under their own privacy policies. We never see your payment details; the platforms only show us basic order information (such as your name, your email address and what you bought) so we can help you if something goes wrong.

Writing to us

If you write to [email protected], we use your email address only to answer you. We do not add it to any list. If you want an old conversation deleted, ask in one line and it is done.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, in one click. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it: one line to [email protected] is enough. If you prefer, a content blocker will stop the visit counter without breaking anything on the site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits.
